In last night's Open Benchmark 97 over the 1400m Won't Stop went to the lead early on in the race and held on to that position to win by a neck from fast-finishing Cash Luck.
Cash Luck was near the front until about 200m out when he was passed by a couple of horses but he got
a gap and showed a very good turn of foot to get second. Rapido Star was favourite but had little luck inthe race having to be wide throughout the run. He came third with New Rose Wood showing a good return
to form for her fourth. McClintock slotted in to the rear of the field after the start and stayed there. Maybea bit premature to say he's adjusted to Singapore.
