All 12 races with news, views and interviews - plus the races themselves - can be viewed via the GTTD's YouTube channel youtube.com/@gonetothedogs-live or @GTTDPodcast and @greyhound_star on X/Twitter.

Shelbourne Park in Dublin also stages the first batch of first round heats of the BoyleSports Irish Greyhound Derby - catch 13 heats tonight and tomorrow on the SIS service. Good luck to the three UK entries for what is always a mighty event.

So straight to the big race at Romford - and New Destiny (9.11) can complete an unbeaten run through another major Romford competition - but it will not be easy!

Having dominated the Coral Coronation Cup over C&D earlier this year, Mark Wallis's runner has won both heat and semi-final in the Champion Stakes, although was hard pushed to beat Aayamza Sydney in a crackerjack semi-final last week.

And don't be surprised if John Mullins' dog again puts huge pressure on the hot favourite by turning in front of her - it would be race-on if that was the case.

Nowitsmyturn (Richard Rees), Gary The Arb (Belinda Green), Golden Palace (Michelle Brown) and Noirs News (Cahill) help make it a good final for the £20,000 prize - and snappy starts for any of these runners puts them in the picture.

The David Mullins-trained Brindle Bully (8.54) can kick off a great weekend for his littermates by landing the odds in the Coral Silver Standard, the £5,000 Cat Two competition which acts as chief support to the Champion Stakes.

He is developing into a class act and a 23.61sec fastest semi-final win underlines that and he can lead home well-pitched Droopys Bucko (Maxine Locke), before his brothers Bockos Diamond and March On Freddie begin their Irish Derby campaigns.

Hotpot Coonough Crow (8.36) is difficult to oppose in the Maurice Newman Memorial Marathon and should land short odds for Mark Wallis in the other final on the card.

Other fancies are Nathan Hunt's Teaboy Brownie (6.37) in the sprint opener, Maxine Locke's well-pitched Whitewood Lenny (8.01), Mark Wallis's pair of Pepinthestep (8.19) and Fabulous Sonique (9.46), and Jason Bloomfield's Two Slip Jigs (9.28).

After tonight, Romford will pass the baton to Central Park and Perry Barr.

The Kent venue hosts the final of the Premier Greyhound Racing Kent Derby tomorrow, while the Midlands track stages the semi-finals of both the Premier Greyhound Racing Oaks and Arena Racing Company Scurry Gold Cup.
