A half length covered the first four home in an exciting finish here with Time Awaits thrusting her head out just short of the post. She began well then eased back to third soon after the start then fourth, (one out) near the 800m. She moved closer turning in but took a long time to get alongside the leaders, staying on really well to get the upper hand just short of the line for a tenacious win.
Favourite Broadband led from the start, shared the lead at the 300m, was headed at the 200m then fought back hard to hold a good second from Casino Fourteen, who shadowed the leader to the straight, co-led at the 200m and fought well for a close up third.
Danger Deal was back, pulled wide and ran home strongly for fourth, not far away.
