Streetcar Isabelle wins 2015 Ubet Oakbank Stakes Listed $80,000 at Oakbank (SA), 1100m.
Lightly raced four-year-old mare Streetcar Isabelle has now raced six times for four wins and stepped up to stakes class to win in good style. She soon crossed to the lead and travelled strongly in front before dashing clear on entering the home straight. She then went on to win decisively by three lengths.
Riziz raced in third place on the rails, went through to second on turning for home. He then battled on well under his 61kg top weight for a good second, conceding 7kg to the winner.
Rifleman was seventh on the rails, stuck to the inside and got through to third on turning for home. He then battled on quite well to hold that position to the post, beaten just under five lengths.
