Lotion enjoyed a nice run in the race in second position on the quarters of the leader Beau’s My Boy in a slowly run race. The winner pressed the leader at the 600m before turning for home on terms. He grabbed the leader at the 200m and despite being a bit wayward in the run to the post proved a little the better.
Beau’s My Boy led at a slow pace. He kicked strongly in the straight but just found the winner slightly the better. Every possible chance.
