Under The Louvre went forward from his inside barrier but it was Rifleman and Spirits Dance who came across from barriers 13 and seven to forge an early lead of some two to three lengths. Switched out from off the rail upon hitting the straight, Under The Louvre eventually found a gap to burst through at the clock tower.
Lucky Hussler was also making headway from the rear, however, and led inside the final 200m but Under The Louvre found more again and won with a little in hand.
Our Hand Of Faith enjoyed a nice run on the rails and looks a likely winner this preparation.
