Say From SA – August 11

Looks like being another wet track for Adelaide this weekend so hoping taking some horses drawn low is not a drawback.

Artie Dee Two Picture: Racing and Sports

There might be some value in Artie Dee Two heading back to Adelaide in Race 3.

Darren Weir has had him over and back as he made up substantial ground at Flemington last start.

The five year old loves affected ground and while this is his first attempt at the 1300m, he gives every indication that he wants it.

We get Jamie Kah off the inside so she can land right there and just needs an out into the straight.

After running a very solid race when totally outclassed in the Lightning Stakes behind Nature Strip, Fancy Rumble can bounce off that and take on a 1000m BM75.

The mare is not facing a very strong line up with only a few recent winners engaged.

It was only back in the carnival that she wasn’t far away in the Redelva Stakes beating some form horses home.

She is a winner on heavy ground previously and goes best at the start of campaigns.

Fancy Rumble also draws the fence so can find herself in a good spot to attack when others get tired. She’s been ‘fancied’ already too.
