Boy Wonder To Continue Winning Form At Kranji

Boy Wonder looks well suited again when he lines up in the Class 3 over 1000m at Kranji on Friday.

Coming off a good win over Nova Vocal in a Novice over 1200m last start where he returned a new career peak Timeform figure, the lightly raced gelding certainly appears to have more improvement to come.

Boy Wonder who has a very handy career record does drop back to the 1000m today but he does have the speed to handle the shorter trip and also does his best racing on the Polytrack as well.

From barrier 8, Glen Boss should have the Brazilian bred runner handy in the run and if he can run up to his last start effort or even improve he will be very hard to hold out in this field.

Filibuster has not come back the same horse she was in her debut campaign but still has the ability to feature in the finish against these.

Winning both outings in her first campaign, Filibuster returned with a fifth placing to Autumn Rush first up before finishing over five lengths away from Be Bee in the Group 3 Sprint last start.

Drops back to a Class 3 against the older horses today and was very slick when winning a recent barrier trial in preparation for today.

The Cliff Brown-trained runner is certainly more than capable and the drop back in trip on the Polytrack could be just what she needs.

Elite Power is an interesting runner who has had just the two starts since coming from the UK, winning first up over 1200m in a Class 4 before bleeding in a Class 3 prior to a spell when right in the market.

Has trialled in preparation for today and there was a lot to like about that second placing to Be Bee when first up.

Proven on the Polytrack and having won over the 1000m trip previously this looks a good race for the four-year-old gelding to return in.

Needs a bit of luck from the wide draw but he has shown very good ability in the UK and again when first up in Singapore and can make his presence felt here.

Snip also comes into consideration despite being well held in a Class 3 last start on the turf.

Won the start prior over 1100m in a Class 4 Premier on the polytrack and if he can run up to that form today he can certainly be right in the finish.

Good luck!
