Say From SA - July 22

It could well be a day to find value at Morphettville Parks on the wet going.

In the middle distance race, Annaman is having his second start for Darren Weir.

He really hit the line strongly at Caulfield first up at the mile. The main concern is that he hasn’t won for a long while.

However he is yet to run a bad race on affected ground and so the change in surface and longer race looks a bonus.

Weir and Allen have a grand record when combining in Adelaide too.

The feature race is the Listed Oaklands Plate where a border hopper could well be value.

The regally named Terry looked very good at Pakenham on the synthetic.

He is bred to handle a softer track and David Brideoake is a good traveller of horses. He doesn’t do it often and so targets the right ones.

There will be pace on here from this start so he can position wherever they wish to. Matthew Neilson is a top rider in SA so confidence comes from the booking as well.
