Prix d'Ispahan on Sunday at Longchamp

Another very good run from Mqse de Sevigne.

Trainer: Andre Fabre. Picture: Racing and Sports

She's now won 6 and placed six times in 15 starts.  It was a tight photo though with Horizon Dore 7/1 and another tight photo for the minors wuth Haya Zark 9/1 just a fraction ahead of Dolaylie 5/1.

Also on the card the Vicomtesse Vigier G2 over 3200 m, with the going now changed from soft to very soft but that was not a problem for Sevenna's Knight whose future may now include the Arc and the Melbourne Cup a query.  Shembala took second and Double Major third.

The Prix du Palais-Royal saw Exxtra turn the tables on Breizh Sky as she once again tool on the boys!  Mount Athos 7/1 finished third ahead of Yosenite Valley.

The French do have great names for their races or is it that the have great street names with Prix du Rue Chat Que Peche one of the best!  (The cat who fishes Street).
