Back to the Curragh

Sunday sees racing return to the Curragh for two interesting G3s.

While the going is expected to be anything from good to yielding that will not be unfamiliar to most of these runners.

The Weld Park Stakes is for 2yo fillies over 1400m and has a field of 10 headed by Heavens Gate, a daughter of Churchill, who is with O'Brien-Moore.  Jessica Harrington's Barnarara is on 7/2 with Sean Foley riding the Calyx filly, and Fiery Lucy 9/2 with Cromwell-Carroll looking after the Without Parole filly.

The Renaissance is over 1200m with 11 runners in the line up.  My Mate Alfie tops the market on 9/4 for Lyons-Keane but we are leaning towards Spycatcher on 5/2 for the in-form Burke-Lee due.  Super Sox is on 5/1 for Twomey- W Lee.
