Mori and Alluringly head Ribblesdale contenders

Mori and Alluringly are among 15 fillies confirmed for the Ribblesdale Stakes at Royal Ascot on Thursday.

The Sir Michael Stoute-trained [nMori[/n] is bred in the purple as a daughter of Frankel out of the top-class racemare Midday.

She was well beaten on her racecourse debut at Newbury in the spring, but raised her game to win at Ascot last month and was thoroughly impressive in the Height Of Fashion Stakes on her latest start.

Aidan O'Brien has won this Group Two prize twice in the last three years and Alluringly, third in the Epsom Oaks on her latest appearance, appears his big hope for this season's renewal.

The Ballydoyle handler has also left in Butterflies and Key To My Heart, although both are declared for the Munster Oaks at Cork on Sunday.

John Gosden has four contenders, with Astronomy's Choice, Coronet and Gracious Diana joined by the supplemented Lingfield Oaks Trial winner Hertford Dancer.

Hugo Palmer has Apphia and Vintage Folly, with William Haggas also doubly represented by Coconut Creme and The Sky Is Blazing.

The John Oxx-trained Naughty Or Nice, Ralph Beckett's Rich Legacy and Serenada from Roger Varian's stable complete the entries.
