Mark Johnston's Lumiere has had something of a stop-start season, with one flash of the brilliance which she demonstrated as a two-year-old.

Jeremy Noseda's flag-bearing filly Nemoralia could tackle the colts although, like Lumiere, she also has the option of the Sceptre Stakes a day earlier.

Breeders' Cup winner Hit It A Bomb has only been seen once since his greatest day, when third in the Desmond Stakes last month, but can be expected to strip much fitter with that under his belt.

His trainer Aidan O'Brien may also run Cougar Mountain and Painted Cliffs.

There are three Godolphin entries and all would be forced to carry a penalty - Charlie Hills' Dutch Connection, Richard Hannon's Toormore and John Gosden's Richard Pankhurst.

Hills has also left in Jallota, with Buckstay, Adaay, Breton Rock and 2000 Guineas fifth Kentuckyconnection among the others.
