Solar Deity will join stable companion Grendisar in the Coral Easter Classic at Lingfield on Good Friday following a sound effort at Kempton on Saturday.
The ultra-consistent six-year-old ran his usual solid race in finishing third behind red-hot favourite Romsdal in the Magnolia Stakes and is set for a swift reappearance.
"He ran very well," said trainer Marco Botti.
"He's a tough horse and the plan is to run him again on Good Friday in the mile-and-a-quarter race.
"He's a good horse, but he seems to be at his best on the all-weather and with his rating of 107 there aren't many races he can run in.
"I think we'll have four runners (on Good Friday).
"Solar Deity and Grendisar will go for the mile-and-a-quarter race, Grey Mirage will run over a mile and Foxtrot Romeo will run in the sprint."
