IRE: O'Brien Pair Off On Travels

Two of Aidan O'Brien's jet-setters are off on their travels again.

Irish Derby winner Treasure Beach is currently on his way to the Far East to contest the Audemars Piguet QEII Cup this weekend, while UAE Derby winner Daddy Long Legs will head back to the United States for a crack at the Kentucky Derby.

Connections will be hoping for better luck than in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile, in which he finished 12th of 13.

Since his success at the Curragh Treasure Beach has run in America, France, Canada and Dubai, and the likes of former stablemate Viscount Nelson and French challenger Chinchon will be in opposition on Sunday.

O'Brien's wife Annemarie tweeted: "Treasure Beach is en route to Hong Kong, where he will run in the the Audemars Piquet QE II on Sunday. Jamie Spencer will ride him.

"Daddy Long Legs will leave Ballydoyle early next week to travel to Kentucky for the Derby. He will be ridden by Colm O'Donoghue."

She also had news of Navan maiden winner Kissed, a half-sister to Derby winner Pour Moi.

"Kissed will run either in Navan or Longchamp on Sunday," she added.
