The Ralph Beckett-trained You Got To Me will not run again this season after connections revealed their Irish Oaks heroine will be put away ahead of a four-year-old campaign. The daughter of Nathaniel finished a close second to Content in the Yorkshire Oaks after her Curragh success, but following her disappointing effort in the St Leger Stakes, for which she was supplemented, connections have decided to draw stumps for the season.

Three-time Dubai Turf hero Lord North has been retired from racing. The John and Thady Gosden-trained eight-year-old amassed over £6.4 million in prize money across a career that featured ten wins, four of them at the highest level. The 2020 Group 1 Prince of Wales's Stakes winner was last seen finishing eighth behind Auguste Rodin in the same contest earlier in the season. He will join the Godolphin Rehoming following a lengthy and successful career.

Ryan Moore enjoyed a first successful debut trip to Listowel with a double on Tuesday. Aidan O'Brien's first-string jockey had four rides on the card and kicked off proceedings in the best possible manner by guiding the 1/4 market leader Thrice to a four-length victory in the opening Irish Stallion Farms EBF Maiden. Moore completed the double when Medici Venus (15-8) battled on strongly to land the MAC Hardware And Farm Supplies Irish EBF Rated Race by a short-head.

Adrian Murray has said his star three-year-old Bucanero Fuerte will step back up to six furlongs to tackle next month's Qipco British Champions Sprint Stakes at Ascot. An impressive winner of the Group 1 Phoenix Stakes as a juvenile, the AMO Racing-owned colt made a successful reappearance at Naas in May before finishing sixth and seventh respectively in the Group 1 Sprint Cup and Flying Five Stakes over five furlongs at the Curragh last weekend.

Juddmonte's star mare Bluestocking will have a key gallop this weekend, with connections yet to decide whether they'll supplement her for the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe in two weeks time. Ralph Beckett's four-year-old recorded her second top-level success of the season when landing the Prix Vermeille over the Arc course and distance earlier in the month. Bluestocking is a general 10/1 chance for Europe's premier middle-distance prize.
