The Money Trail – Rosehill, February 22

Racing and Sports finds the best-backed runners in early betting on Wednesday’s meeting at Rosehill.

French Tune (Race 1) is a well supported $2.50 favourite in the day’s opener having firmed 40 cents on opening prices. The Your Song filly is on debut for Waterhouse-Bott but has shown good promise winning all three of her trials by handy margins.

Limbo Soul (Race 2) has been a big go, opening as much at $26 but has been backed right into favouritism at $4.20. The daughter of I Am Invincible has her first run for Tim Martin having been beaten less than 2L in her only barrier trial.

Potent Force (Race 7) has taken over at the head of the market at $2.40 having shortened close to a point-and-a-half this morning. He showed good promise last campaign, winning his maiden before the spell and should be ready to fire fresh after two recent trials.
