Royal Tithe (Race 1) has taken a firm grip on favouritism at $2.30 after firming a full point on early betting. She comes into this with the highest last start rating and drops in grade from stakes races, having won the Group Ken Russell Classic in May.

Divine Service (Race 2) has joined the top of the market at $2.70 and has firmed up about $1.50 since markets opened. He has run top four in his three runs this time in and will be at peak fitness after a last-start second in the Rockhampton Newmarket.

Snapper Rocks (Race 3) has been a good early go, opening at each way odds but shortening up to take over as favourite at $3.80. He dropped back from stakes company when romping home by almost six lengths at Gold Coast and should run this trip right out.

Brettan (Race 7) has been the one punters have wanted to back, opening favourite at each way odds but shortening almost two points into $3.20. Ignoring the failure in stakes company his form is consistent and achieved a career best rating when runner up to subsequent stakes winner Flamboyer at Eagle Farm last time.
