Four Up For Onemorenomore

Accomplished young sire Onemorenomore was represented by four winners in four different states last weekend including a new stakes winner.

Based at Ridgeview Park Stud in Victoria, Onemorenomore added a new stakes winner to his list when the Lou Luciani-trained Tonto won the Listed Ascot Gold Cup over 1800m in Perth.

Unlucky when caught up in traffic at his previous run in the Listed Northam Cup, Tonto recorded his seventh win in 31 starts for over $440,000 in stakes.

At Rosehill Onemorenomore’s in-form four-year-old Darts Away recorded his second win in succession stepinmg up from a Canberra win to win the Highway Handicap over 1400m by two lengths for trainers Barbara Joseph and Paul Jones.

Onemorenomore added another metropolitan winner when Something More raced to a clear win over 1400m at Morphettville.

It was the second city win for the lightly raced Jon O'Connor trained three-year-old filly who will be set for the G1 Australasian Oaks in May.

Rounding off Onemorenomore's quartet of impressive winners was Happy No More at the Gold Coast.

Represented by 37 winners since the start of the season, Onemorenomore is proving a a fine addition to the Ridgeview Park roster after standing in NSW.

"He is a lovely stallion who impresses all who see him," said the stud's Phil Sloane. "He has settled in beautifully with us and has been a delight to have around."

A G1 Champagne Stakes winning son of Red Ransom, Onemorenomore is standing at Ridgeview Park with Al Samer, Best Choice, Golden Snake and Scintillo.
