The Irish National Stud released their 2023, with Invincible Spirit (Green Desert) standing for a private fee, having stood for €60,000 this year. Now 25, Invincible Spirit has stood at the farm since 2003. 

Irish National Stud's CEO Cathal Beale said: "While 2022 will certainly be remembered for strong market performance at all the major sales, the headwinds for 2023 suggests the need for a cautious outlook.

"With that in mind the Irish National Stud are delighted to present an exciting team of stallions with fees maintained or reduced across the board."

Lucky Vega (Lope De Vega) covered his first book of mares this year and his fee remains at €15,000 next year and Nando Parrado's (Kodiac) fee also remains unchanged at €6,000 for his second season at stud. 

Phoenix Of Spain (Lope De Vega), whose first crop are two-year-olds next year, will remain at €12,000 for his fourth season at stud. 

Decorated Knight (Galileo) has had his fee reduced to €5,000 from €7,500, while Free Eagle (High Chaparral) remains at €5,000.

Equiano (Acclamation), Elusive Pimpernel (Elusive Quality) and Dragon Pulse (Kyllachy) complete the roster at unchanged fees of €2,000.
