Australia opened their Rugby Championship campaign with a crushing 33-7 defeat the hands of world champions South Africa in Brisbane and the Wallabies will aim to show a response in Perth on Saturday.
The hosts were outscored by five tries to one last weekend and head coach Joe Schmidt has reacted by making five changes to his starting XV for the showdown at Optus Stadium.
The Springboks have opted to make wholesale changes, with 10 alterations made to their starting line-up, so the Perth clash could be harder to call than last weekend's encounter.

Schmidt hopes to see big reaction
Schmidt has drafted in the fit-again Angus Bell, Josh Nasser and Angus Blyth in the pack, while Nic White starts at scrumhalf in place of Jake Gordon and Marika Koroibete returns on the wing for his first Test outing since the World Cup.
However, the former Ireland head coach is aware that the size of the task is huge, given the quality of all of the other three sides in the Rugby Championship.
He told reporters: "The nature of this competition means that we are up against three out of the four Rugby World Cup semi-finalists in the tournament with us."
Skipper Allan Alaalatoa expects to see his side improve from last week's heavy loss, with the game in Perth set to be hit by heavy rain and potential thunderstorms.
He added: "It's a great challenge, it was a tough learning for us after last weekend. The coaching staff has driven the fact that all the attention is back on us."
The Wallabies have lost their last three meetings with the Boks, all in the Rugby Championship, with their last victory in this fixture coming in Adelaide back in August 2022, when they claimed a 25-17 victory.
The last meeting of the two sides in Perth was back in September 2017, again in the Rugby Championship, with that match ending in a thrilling 23-23 draw.
The Wallabies are as long as 8.50 to win by a margin of 1-5 points on Saturday, while Koroibete is 3.60 to score a try at anytime on his Test return.
Erasmus rings the changes for Boks
Having enjoyed a comprehensive and dominant victory in Brisbane a week ago, Springboks head coach Rassie Erasmus has made sweeping changes to his starting XV, with only five survivors from the success in their Rugby Championship opener.
Cheslin Kolbe, Jesse Kriel, Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu, Elrigh Louw and Pieter-Steph du Toit are the five players who have retained their places, with Du Toit moving into the back row from the second row.
Morne van den Berg will make his first Boks start at scrumhalf, while props Thomas du Toit and Jan-Hendrik Wessels and hooker Johan Grobbelaar make up all-new front row.
Salmaan Moerat captains the side from his second-row position, where he will hope to guide Ruan Nortje, another player who will make his first start for the World Cup holders.
Erasmus has been questioned about his decision to ring the changes, but insisted: "We feel there is no better way to test some of the younger players and assess where we are as a group than against a top-tier nation."
Having been totally on top in Brisbane last weekend, the Boks are 6.00 to win by 11-15 points in Perth, while they are 8.50 to replicate their Queensland success by winning by between 26-30 points.
