Competing for the Player of the Year title are Rory McIlroy, Scottie Scheffler, and Xander Schauffele, three players who delivered exceptional performances throughout the season.

McIlroy, who claimed victories at the Zurich Classic and Wells Fargo Championship, boasted seven top-10 finishes across 19 events, missing only one cut.

In addition, he topped the DP World Tour's Race to Dubai after winning the Dubai Desert Classic and DP World Championship.

Scheffler, a dominant force, won seven of 19 events, including his second career major at the Masters in April.

His season highlight came with a FedEx Cup triumph, complemented by winning Olympic gold in Paris.

Meanwhile, Schauffele emerged victorious in the US PGA Championship and The Open, capturing his first two major titles.

He remained consistent with 15 top-10 finishes and no missed cuts across 22 events.

The Arnold Palmer Award nominees include Nick Dunlap, Max Greyserman, Jake Knapp, and Matthieu Pavon, each showcasing immense talent in their rookie campaigns.

Voting for both awards is conducted by PGA Tour members, with winners set to be announced in December.
