This Saturday's Listed Festival Stakes at Rosehill is shaping up to be a cracker with a total of 26 horses nominated for the 1500m feature event.

The Paul Messara trained Mahisara currently heads the nominations following his dominant three - length victory in the Group 3 Sandown Stakes [1500m] last start.
Multiple stakes winner Monton will makes his return to racing as he attempts to defend his title having taken out the event last year.
Not seen at the races since finishing a close sixth in the Group 1 Epsom Handicap [1600m] the son Catbird appears to be working up nicely to his first up effort after finishing fourth in a recent barrier trial at Warwick Farm.
The Darley charge will be led by last start winner Classics while Galah, Quidnunc and Yulalona have also been nominated.
Keith's Legacy appears set to line up for the in-form Vandyke stable while Chris Waller has nominated Thumbtacks, Triple Elegance and Tromso.
Two of the more interesting runners nominated are both the Matthew Smith trained Cabernet and the Gerald Ryan trained Angel Of Mercy who will be making their return to Sydney following some solid performances in Melbourne.
