Silent Sedition wins 2016 Auraria Stakes Group 3 $120,000 at Morphettville (SA) 3yoFillies, 1800m.
Consistent Andrew Noblet-trained filly Silent Sedition scored a really good win. She was eased after leading early on to settle in second place, was a handy fourth rounding the home turn and then challenged strongly at the 100m. She then finished too well for a good win, running the 1800m out well.
C'est Beau La Vie worked from her wide barrier (18) to eventually cross to the lead at the 1400m. She then fought back gamely when challenged in the straight for a very good second after her early efforts, her wide barrier proving costly.
Comprende settled in seventh place on the rails from her inside barrier (1). She got along the inner from the 200m and then battled nicely to take the minor placing.
