Chloe In Paris wins 2015 Ata / Bob Hoysted Hcp Listed $120,000 at Flemington (VIC), 1000m.
Consistent mare Chloe In Paris scored her first stakes win in good style. Craig Williams had her quickly away, soon crossed towards the rails side and then travelled very well, holding a narrow lead. She dashed clear on passing the 200m and went on to win well by just under a length.
Peron was slowly away and was last early on before settling in tenth place, between runners. She got a split on passing the 300m, went to fourth at the 200m and kept running on well for a promising second, resuming here for new connections.
Top weight Flamberge began well and raced close to the leaders, in the centre of the track. He put in a good run at the 300m and then fought on nicely under his big weight (60kg) for a good third.
Zamorar raced near the rails side, just behind the leaders. He got through to second on passing the 200m and then battled on for fourth, beaten just over three lengths.
Antarctic Missile was back in 12th place, switched out at the 300m and kept running on quite well for (3.2 lengths) fifth.
