CAULFIELD October 15

Race 6: Trainer of Varenna Miss advises that mare recovered well from race with no abnormaility

Race 6: Trainer of Danzylum reports that gelding had slight soreness in back region and will be spelled.

WYONG – October 13

Race 4: Trainer John McNair reported that Rebel Prince had pulled up well, however, it is now his intention to freshen up the gelding.

Race 8: Trainer Con Karakatsanis reported that Married Man, which performed poorly, was found to have been showing signs of an elevated temperature and coughing the following day. He added that Married Man would be treated and freshened up prior to its next start.

RANDWICK KENSINGTON – October 12

Race 3: Co-trainer Michael Hawkes reported that Nitro had pulled up well and reiterated the only excuse he could offer was that the gelding did not handle the Kensington track.

Race 4: Liam Prior, representing trainer Chris Waller, reported that Marden had been spelled following its disappointing performance.

ROSEHILL – October 8

Race 1: Trainer Gerald Ryan stated that subsequent to the event Jesters Girl was found to have an elevated temperature, consistent with a low grade infection, and has been the subject of treatment.
