Hong Kong warming up for International meet

Horses, connections and media are pouring into Hong Kong for next weekend's big event.

Meantime there's racing at Sha Tin on Sunday with the feature the Peninsula Golden Jubilee Challenge Cup being run over 1200m on the All Weather track.  We are never too sure about the horses that run on this surface so we will go by the market which has Sing Dragon on top on 4.0 which signifies that it is quite an open race.  He's trained by Mark Newnham and the stablemate Full Credit is also in the mix on 11.0 with Chadwick and Poon the respective riders and both horses are at the bottom of the weights here.

We like Raging Blizzard for John Size and J Mac on 5.3 and Capital Delight on 6.8 for Caspar Fownes and Vincent Ho – with the jockey recently getting his 600th winner.  All four horses have been working well.

Wednesday at Happy Valley there's an international jockeys challenge but more on that later.
