Timeform Preview - Gunnedah November 14

Pears will look to build on her impressive last start win when she lines up in the final race of the day at Gunnedah over 1400m today.

The Sue Grills-trained runner was terrific when winning by almost five lengths at Coonabarabran last time out and she stays over the same trip today.

Peter Graham takes the ride for the first time and from the wide draw would expect Pears to roll forward and settle on the speed once again.

Her form prior was also good, running second at Coonamble two starts back following a solid effort for fourth at Dubbo the start prior.

Pears certainly looks to have found some good form of late and if she runs up to her last start effort she will take plenty of beating once again today.

Kyrgios has also been racing in good form, winning three starts back at Moree over 1200m before going on to place in his last two outings.

Goes up to the 1400m today where he is unplaced from one start but will get a very good run from barrier 3 and there is a lot to like about his recent form.

Kyrgios is rarely out of the finish and has shown enough in recent times to suggest he will be very competitive once again today.

Infantry finally broke through for a maiden win over the mile at Moree last start in what was his 11th career outings.

Placed in two runs prior to that and finds himself dropping back to 1400m for this where he does not possess the best record.

Will need plenty of luck from the wide draw but expect him to push forward and he will certainly be in this a long way.

Epic Event rounds out the main chances on the back of a last start win at Armidale and only lightly raced is open to further improvement.

Good Luck!
