Really Edgy (Race 6) is challenging for favouritism at $3.80 having firmed a full point since markets opened. He has been in good form of late, finishing runner up last time after a heavy track win so should get through today’s conditions well.

Cavaloce (Race 7) has shortened more than three points to $4.40 and at that price is the new favourite for the Balaklava Cup. She has been in stakes company at her last two for a Listed third and G3 fourth and won her previous two runs in Adelaide.
