A half-brother to a gelding who stands out as one of the headline graduates of the New Zealand Bloodstock Ready To Run Sale is among the entries for this year's offering.

Three years after offering Lucky Sweynesse at the November sale, Woburn Farm will offer a half-brother to the superstar Hong Kong sprinter.

By Contributer, the colt is out of the Red Clubs mare Madonna Mia, who is from the family of Wrap Around, Rose Of Danehill and Nozomi.

Lucky Sweynesse, by Sweynesse, is a three-time Group 1 winner in Hong Kong, having sold for NZ$90,000 at the 2020 Ready To Run Sale.

His half-brother is one of 383 two-year-olds entered for the sale, which features 92 sires, including local legend Savabeel, rising star Proisir and established Australian superstars I Am Invincible and Snitzel.

A half-sister to this year's Queensland Derby winner Kovalica, by Super Seth, and a Turn Me Loose half-brother to Kermadec are among the others to be offered at the sale which counts last Saturday's Memsie Stakes winner Mr Brightside, Golden Sixty, Sharp 'N' Smart, Dunkel, Mongolian Khan and Te Akau Shark as other graduates.

Breeze-ups for this year's Ready To Run Sale will take place on October 16 and 17 with selling to take place at Karaka on November 22 and 23.
