Sizzling (Snitzel) will relocate to Riverdene Stud in 2020 where he will stand for a fee of $6,600 (inc GST).

Sizzling joins the Wagga Wagga-based nursery having stood six seasons at Newgate Farm in the Hunter Valley and he is the sire of 80 individual winners, headed by Listed winner Secret Blaze and Group performers Sizzling Belle and Sizzleme — two of six stakes placegetters by the young sire.

Sizzling claimed the TJ Smith Stakes (Gr 1, 1600m) level during his juvenile season, while he also landed the BRC Sires’ Produce (Gr 2, 1400m), Champagne Classic (Gr 2, 1200m) and GCTC Ken Russell Memorial Classic (Listed, 1200m). He also trained-on to land the Queensland Guineas (Gr 2, 1400m) as a late-autumn three-year-old.

The son of Snitzel (Redoute’s Choice) is the best out of winning General Nediym (Nediym) mare Admirelle.

He will stand alongside fellow Riverdene Stud stallions Strada (Danehill) and Va Pensiero (Stratum) and fellow newcomer McLaren (Exceed And Excel).
