Another Sin (Race 1) opened at double figures odds but has been backed into favouritism at $3.50 after firming 10 points . The gelding makes his debut off a Scone trial win and the big market push must be respected.

Vaucluse Bay (Race 2) opened as favourite but has tightened his grip on the market at $2.15 having firmed three-quarters of a point. He made it two wins in a row with a 4 length romp last start and the punters are keen to stick with him.

Arbeitsam (Race 3) is a firming favourite at $2.05 having trimmed up 35 cents since markets opened. He has two wins and a close second from his past three starts and looks to have found another suitable assignment.

Gretna (Race 8) could be worth an each way ticket at $5.50 after firming two-and-a-half points in early trading. The mares resumes as a previous fresh winner and should be ready to fire off two trials, winning the latest by a massive nine lengths.

Special Missile (Race 9) is challenging for favouritism at $3.70 after tightening more than two points. He steps up in grade but is charging through his classes having won his past three starts.
