Gather Ye Rosebuds will not be given any immediate targets following her disappointing run in the Group 2 Musidora Stakes.

Soul Sister (18/1) entered the Epsom Oaks picture on the Knavesmire this afternoon with a stunning success in the Group 3 Musidora Stakes.

There will be further clues for next month’s Epsom Classics, with this week’s Group 2 Dante so often a stepping-stone for Classic glory in the first week in June while old faces such as last year’s Champion European Sprinter Highfield Princess return to the track.

The Dante meeting at York commences with an exciting day of racing, including the 6f Duke of York Clipper Stakes and the traditional Oaks trial, the 1m2½f Group 3 Musidora Stakes.

The Sir Michael Stoute-trained filly Infinite Cosmos, who is one of the leading chances for the Group 1 Epsom Oaks next month, has been declared at York on Wednesday.
