The winner of his last two Randwick starts, the latest on last Saturday's Doncaster Day heavy track, will have his next two starts at Hawkesbury and Scone.

Vandyke said the six-year-old would have his next start in the $150,000 Rowley Mile (1600m) at Hawkesbury on May 4.

He will then go to the $200,000 Scone Cup (1600m) onb Friday May 17.

Keith's Legacy has been cleverly placed by Vandyke over the last six months and has now won three of his eight Australian since he joined his Warwick Farm stable after winning four races in New Zealand.

"He is racing like he he's looking for 1600 metres," Vandyke said after Saturday's 1400m win.

"If he does well at his next two starts we would possibly continue north to the Brisbane carnival."
