Morphettville Races Review - 4th March 2017

Trainer Gordon Richards continued his good run in the winner’s stall when his charge Posh Journey took out the 1050 metre first race.

Winning his fourth successive race the Ryan Hurdle guided Posh Journey raced midfield before making a strong run to the line.

Wasabi Bob continued his good form when he took out the 1600 metre second race.

Clare Lindop brought up her second win in succession when the three year old filly Go Go Grace scored an effortless win in the 1100 metre third race.

Being first up after a spell Go Go Grace made it a back to back race win for Macdonald and Gluyas when she recorded a well placed win.

The Macdonald/Gluyas/Lindop combination made it a perfect hat trick when Counter Pulse took out the 1200 metre fourth race.

Having its second run after a spell Counter Pulse led all the way.

Apprentice Matthew Poon, who will leave Adelaide in ten days to return to his native Hong Kong where he will be apprentice to former Adelaide trainer David Hall, was successful when it and a Bit won the 1600 metre fifth race.
