For an ownership team who will now seek early wins in the city, this son of Turffontein was dominant on the line after being slowly away at Benalla.

He learned well from first to second start and any more improvement can see him win again.

Just hoping with the rail out that it isn’t a leaders track but from the dogleg start, that should not be so much of a factor.

Later in the day hoping we may get some nice odds for Magic Boy in the good sprint race on the card.

He runs first up and has a tremendous recent resuming record including two wins and a good second behind a very good performer in Lord Aspen.

The gelding has run fantastically on the main Morphettville track with three wins and three placings from seven starts so each way looks the play.

It is a competitive race for sure and because of that we will get the right odds.
