Coys is a workmanlike colt and while Kimberley Star placed in her two career outings late last year.

Holler and Kimberley Star were readied for this contest in the same 1050m Randwick trial.

While Kimberley Star beat Holler, it was the Godolphin-raced colt who was turning the heads of trial watchers.

Nominated for the Group 1 Commonwealth Cup during the Royal Ascot Carnival, continued wet weather in Sydney through May thwarted those plans however a first up success at Randwick on Saturday will provide some consolation.

Taking the odds on quote in a seven horse field is justifiable as the son of Commands should be prominent throughout and too strong late.

If able to steal some cheap early sectionals, the pair will take some catching in the straight.
