The father-son partnership has captured the last two editions of the ten-furlong handicap courtesy of Al Agaila and Oh So Grand, with both fillies subsequently following up in the BetMGM Winter Oaks.

A progressive daughter of Night Of Thunder, Charlotte's Web opened her account at Wolverhampton in September before following up with another dominant display to remain unbeaten in handicap company at Newcastle.

Simon Crisford said: "We have been very happy with Charlotte's Web since her win at Newcastle.

"This will be another step up the ladder for her, but we are very hopeful that she will be able to give a good account."

Amongst the opposition is Miss Dolly Rocker, who returns to Lingfield for the first time since being narrowly denied by Marco Bastie as a juvenile two years ago. The Roger Teal-trained filly has shown some consistent form in handicaps this season, including when a creditable sixth in the London Series Middle Distance Final at Kempton last month.

"Miss Dolly Rocker is dropping back a furlong but that should not be a problem as she is comfortable between 10 furlongs and a mile and a half," said Teal.

"She has been running well in decent races, not always with the best of luck. On her penultimate start, she got a long way back at the start before making up a lot of ground, and it was a decent run in the final last time out.

"We know she handles Lingfield as she was just beaten there as a two-year-old. I think we are entitled to be hopeful of a good run."
