We start off on Saturday with the G3 Prix de Reux over 2400m.

There are only 6 runners here and the two who share the top quote are probably the two to note:  raider Klondike will be ridden by Soumillon for William Haggas and local Mont de Soleil for Graffard-Barzalona.  Both are on 5/2 at present.

Sunday's Group races start with the Prix Daphnis G3 for the 3yos over 1600m on the round course.  Ramadan has been racing well and comes in on 15/8 for Head-Lemaitre.  Darlinghurst (for whom we haven't been able to find any Aussie connections) is on 11/4 as he was beaten in his last start at Royal Ascot – Soumillon rides for Reynier.  And since there are 8 runners we will add Supercooled 4/1 for Fabre-Pasquier.

The Maurice de Gheest G1 is over 1300m down the straight with 16 runners.  Jane Chapple-Hyam's Mill Stream had a wind op at the end of last year and hasn't missed the frame since then.  4/1 with William Buick in the irons (after coming off a red-eye from USA).  Lazzat is on 5/1 and Puchkine who won here on his last outing over 1400m is value on 6/1.  There's a rough roughie here in Bellano on 33/1 for Schutz-Pouchin – he's won his last two.
