Five yearlings bought for €1.98 million last year are set to sell online next week
The five yearlings bought by Richard Knight on behalf of Saleh Al Homaizi at last year's Arqana August Yearling Sale will be reoffered next week online.
Knight paid €1.98 million for the five yearlings headed by a filly by Wootton Bassett (Iffraaj) out of stakes placed mare Ambivalence (Invincible Spirit), from the family of Galileo (Sadler's Wells) who was bought for €750,000. The filly will be offered as Lot 2 and is in training in Chantilly with Francis Graffard.
The remaining lots are a filly by Adlerfug (In The Wings) out of unraced Lope De Vega (Shamardal) mare Sylvestra.
Lot 3 is a colt by Night Of Thunder (Dubawi) out of unraced mare Awe Struck (Rail Link), who has already produced Group winner Alounak (Camelot).
Lot 4 is a filly by champion sire Siyouni (Pivotal) out of Listed winning mare Fig Roll (Bahamian Bounty), making her a sister to Group 3 winning filly Al Raya and Lot 5 is a filly by Night Of Thunder out of Listed winning and Group 2 placed Soldier Hollow (In The Wings) mare Nymeria.
Three of the now two-year-olds are in training with Francis Graffard and the other two are with Mikel Delzangles.
The horses will be sold without a reserve but offers must be higher than the price indicated on the online platform for each lot. Click here to view the catalogue.
