Chris Scholtz gets a positive update on the progress of First Seal from trainer John Thompson following her recent setback.

First Seal worked over 1000m at Randwick on Tuesday with Thompson reporting she is back on track to resume in the Tramway Stakes on Saturday week.

Thompson's good stayer Tremec also resumes this Saturday at Rosehill with the Newcastle Cup and ATC Metropolitan on his agenda.
