Russian Emperor is currently on top of the market on 3.9 as it looks as if Douglas Whyte's wish for a bit of rain may be realised with showers forecast.  Blake Shinn will ride in one of his last appearances in Hong Kong before returning to Australia.

The market is pretty tight with last year's winner Panfield on 4.2 and the in-form Senor Toba on the same quote.

Perhaps it could be interesting to go for the each way 11.00 for Tourbillon Diamond.

Race 9 is the Sha Tin Vase G3 over 1200m with 11 runners.  Cordyceps Six has been in good form and tops the market on 3.0 for Richard Gibson with Alexi Badel riding.  Sky Field is on 6.6, Computer Patch 7.4 and if you are going for a pick-4 try the grey Hot King Prawn who always tries – he's on 11.0 for Size and Joao Moreiro who is back from his "holiday".
