Strong Suite looks to be in line for a trip to the Breeders' Cup after a soft win over Maqaasid and
Chachamaidee. The Middle Park saw a made-in Coolmore upset when Crusade at 25/1 won the 1200m race over a fast
finishing Lilbourne Lad with stablemate and favourite Reply back in third. Caspar Netscher seemed to beasleep for 3/4 of the race and then came rattling home far too late. Nothing to say about the others.

with Power second and Much Improved third. The Cesarewitch was a first win in the race for Frankie Dettori on Never Can Tell at 25/1. Ermyn Lodge
