Al Asifah is likely to be supplemented for the Group 2 Ribblesdale Stakes on Friday of Royal Ascot.

The Frankel filly attracted attention after an impressive Haydock Park debut and stepped up in class for her second start in the Listed Agnes Keyser Stakes at Goodwood. She started 4/7 favourite and won in emphatic style, cruising past the second-placed Empress Wu to win by an unextended six-and-a-half lengths.

Angus Gold, racing manager for Shadwell said: "I think it is a definite possibility. She seems to have come out of Goodwood very well and John has been very happy with her since.

"He just felt that she really had an exercise gallop at Goodwood more than anything, she hasn't lost any weight and so far all the signs are good.

"Obviously we don't have to supplement until the morning, so we'll just check her out overnight, keep an eye on her and tomorrow. So long as everyone is happy, then she will be supplemented."

In the Ribblesdale Stakes, Al Asifah will face the Sir Michael Stoute-trained Infinite Cosmos, who was a good third in the Group 2 Musidora Stakes at York behind subsequent Epsom Oaks winner Soul Sister.

Al Asifah has been made favourite ahead of Infinite Cosmos and is available at a general 4/5.
