The Queen's Estimate and Times Up are among 12 stayers declared for the 2014 Socialites Electric Cigarettes Doncaster Cup on Friday.
Estimate only narrowly failed to successful defend her crown in the Gold Cup at Royal Ascot in June and although she failed to fire at Glorious Goodwood, Sir Michael Stoute's mare bounced back when pushing Pale Mimosa all the way in York's Lonsdale Cup.
A prominent showing at Doncaster is likely to earn her a trip to Australia for the Melbourne Cup in November.
Times Up has won the last two renewals of this prestigious Group Two contest, striking for retired trainer John Dunlop in 2012 before following up for his son, Ed, 12 months ago.
He ran a perfectly respectable race to finish third in last month's Lonsdale Cup, his first appearance in almost three months.
Ed Dunlop said: "Times Up is in fantastic order. He had his final blow-out on Tuesday morning and we are very pleased with him but we are under no illusions about the size of the task in front of him."
Richard Fahey runs Northumberland Plate winner Angel Gabrial, while other contenders include the Andrew Balding-trained Whiplash Willie, Peter Niven's stable star Clever Cookie and Sabrina Harty's Irish raider Kalann.
