Justice Light To Continue Winning Form At Kranji

Justice Light will look to continue his strong winning form when he lines up in the Open Benchmark 67 over 1100m on the Polytrack at Kranji on Friday night.

The Mark Walker-trained runner comes into the race having won his last three outings, the most recent when leading all the way in a Class 4 on the turf over 1200m.

Justice Light is back on the Polytrack which is a slight concern but if he can run up to his last start effort he will be very hard to hold out.

Vlad Duric will remain on board and from the good draw would expect him to push forward again to set the tempo and prove too speedy for these.

The son of Darci Brahma will carry the same weight of 57kg as he did last start and working his way through the grades nicely rates well on weight adjusted ratings.

With only eight career runs to his name, the four-year-old gelding is open to further improvement today and if he can run well on the Polytrack this looks a very good race for him.

Cadet returns from a spell today, last seen when running a nice second over 1000m in a Kranji Stakes C on the Polytrack.

The Ricardo Le Grange-trained runner has a good record when fresh, winning two of his previous three outings and this shapes up as a nice returning race for him.

All three previous wins have come over the 1000m, but he is placed over the 1100m behind the very handy Golden Tomahawk earlier in the year and he has been readied for this with four solid barrier trial efforts.

Cadet is likely to be up on the speed again from the good draw and will potentially look the winner at one point but the big test for him will be in the final 100m of the race.

Lightly raced Friendship is another that will return from a spell and has shown ability in his short career to date.

Finished runner up in a recent barrier trial over 1000m on the turf and his last win over 1200m on the Polytrack last campaign rates well for this.

The four-year-old gelding has been brought on slowly by connections and is certainly open to further improvement this campaign.

Expect him to show more as he gets on into the preparation and probably prefers the 1200m but he will be getting to the line well and should be very competitive.

Justice Day also comes into consideration off solid recent form without winning races.

Most recent effort came over 1200m on the turf when fourth to Caorunn and he has been given a month between runs.

Has not won since coming to Singapore but form is solid enough and would not be surprised to see him running into the placings.

Good Luck!
