Danish Twist has shown good ability in her short career to date and looks hard to beat when stepping out in the Exhileracing Class 2 Handicap (1400m) at Newcastle today.
The Kris Lees-trained runner finished last campaign in very good order with two wins before returning with a narrow second over 1200m at Wyong last time out.
With winning jockey Hugh Bowman going back on board, Danish Twist (Race 7 #4) goes up to the 1400m for the first time, but having won over 1350m last campaign should not have any issues.

Winning jockey Samantha Clenton remains on board and claims a much needed 1.5kg.
The Peter Moody-trained Angel Dancer also comes into consideration having returned with a good effort at Kembla Grange last time out when runner up over 1200m.
Likely to appreciate the step up to 1400m for this and was far from disgraced in tougher company last campaign.

Guide Me has been very consistent in three runs this campaign, featuring in the placings all three runs which includes a win at Hawkesbury two back.
Fought on okay when third over 1400m at Hawkesbury last time out and should be right up on the speed from barrier 2.
Looks to have hit a bit of form this campaign and down in the weights is certainly one to keep an eye on.
Resuming Lady Macan and Master Agar also worth some thought in this.
