The lightly race mare, a daughter of Falvelon, has been racing well and will appreciate the easier grade as she drops back to this Benchmark 60 over 1200m.

The mare, from the Paul Murray yard at Kembla Grange, finished off her last campaign over 1200m at Wagga where she drew off the track so rolled forward and led throughout for a length win.

After a short spell she resumed over 1100m at Gundagai and this time form a good gate was settled back in the field before powering home for a neck win.

She then raced in this grade over 1200m at Kembla Grange and started favourite.

Settling midfield she hit the line hard in the straight and ranged up to win but was edged out on the line by Eager Beaver, finishing a nose second.

Last start, racing in a Benchmark 70 over 1200m at Kembla again, she drifted back from a good gate and turned just worse than midfield before working home soundly, finishing a 3.4 length sixth.

Today Falvesa drops in grade for this Benchmark 60 and has drawn ideally in barrier one, where she will camp just off the speed.

Leading country rider Brendan Ward goes aboard and on her honest record will be hard to hold out here.

Sydney sprinter Voltskabin looks to have found a nice race and looks the main danger.

The gelding, prepared by Amanda Turner and Mauro Poletti, had been very consistent in four straight runs at Goulburn before a luckless run last time at Kembla.

After finishing runner up over 1200m at Goulburn in a Benchmark 55 when beaten in a photo he returned there for a strong on pace win.

He then dropped back to 1000m at his next two there in this grade and was third both times, racing close to the speed and boxing on well.

Last start, in a no metropolitan winners race at Kembla, he drew wide and after settling midfield and deep he ground home for an honest seventh, beaten only 2.7 lengths.

Today he meets a much easier grade and has also drawn ideally in barrier three.

From there he will sit just off the speed and looks a leading contender.

Glove is fitter for three runs back from a spell and should be ready to show his best.

The mare was a close up fifth fresh over 1200m at Kembla Grange then had little luck here after covering ground from a wide gate and working home steadily.

Last start, over 1200m at Goulburn, she rolled to the front from a better gate but did face pressure there, turning in front before fading only late to finish third.

The mare won't find this any tougher and with the minimum will give a sight again.

Sycamore Road, prepared on the course, has an honest record at home and on his fresh up third here when trying to lead throughout looks the next best hope.
