Dual Group 1 winner Sealiway (Galiway) will stand at Haras de Beaumont, near Deauville, in 2023.

Trained by Francis Graffard, Sealiway won his first two starts as a juvenile and went on to win the Group 1 Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere (1400m) later that year. He added a second Group 1 victory in last year's Champion stakes (1m2f) at Ascot.

Out of the Listed winning Kendargent (Kendor) mare Kensea, Sealiway retires the winner of five of his 18 career starts. He also placed second in the Group 1 Prix du Jockey Club (2500m) behind St Mark's Basilica (Siyouni) and third in the the Group 1 Prix Ganay (2500m) behind State Of Rest (Starspangledbanner).

The four-year-old will be the first stallion to stand at the Chehboub family's newly created stud farm, which is adjacent to the Head family's Haras du Quesnay, and a fee will be announced at a later date.
