$21m-earner joins Yulong roster, fee increases for star freshmen.
Leading first-season sire combatants, Pierata and Alabama Express, have earned fee increases for this year, while a new stallion has been added to the Yulong roster.
Japanese excitement machine Panthalassa will join the Victorian farm for the 2024 breeding season.
A son of Lord Kanaloa, who is the sire of Yulong-based Tagaloa, and the Montjeu mare Miss Pemberley, Panthalassa's career was headlined by Group 1 wins in the Dubai Turf and Saudi Cup, which helped him amass more than $21 millions in earnings.
He also ran Japanese superstar Equinox to a length in the 2022 Tenno Sho.
"It is such a wonderful opportunity to have Panthalassa standing at Yulong," Yulong general manager Vin Cox said.
"Winning international Group 1 races on both dirt and turf as an older horse demonstrates an amazing versatility and soundness that he will undoubtedly pass on to his progeny.
"With earnings of $21million, he is the highest-earning horse ever to stand in Australia and has an outcross pedigree that should provide huge appeal for breeders."
The announcement of Panthalassa's impending arrival and introductory fee of $16,500 came when Yulong revealed its 2024 stallion roster, which is again headlined by former Australian Champion Stallion award winner Written Tycoon, whose fee remains undisclosed.
Pierata has earned a 33 percent increase, however, to stand for $66,000, which is up from $44,000 last year.
The son of Pierro has made a blazing start to his stallion career, producing narrow Golden Slipper runner-up Coleman and Group 3 winner Tobeornottobe, while Fearless will chase a maiden Group 1 win in Saturday's Champagne Stakes at Randwick.
Alabama Express's fee has more than doubled from $22,000 to $55,000 off the back off a brilliant season, headlined by Golden Gift winner Shangri La Express and Group 3 winner Karavas.
Alabama Express and Pierata sit in third and fourth spots respectively on the Champion First-Season Sire premiership, just over $100,000 behind Tassort.
Grunt, who celebrated a maiden Group 1 success this season via Veight, remains unchanged at $22,000 for this year, the same fee for Tagaloa, who was $27,500 last year.
Lucky Vega ($16,500) and Diatonic ($13,750) are the others standing at Yulong this year and their fees remain unchanged from 2023.
